Job Description
Shajgoj, Bangladesh's leading beauty and lifestyle platform, is seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to shape the digital experience for over 2 million users.
You'll work closely with our product team to design intuitive, delightful interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. Your designs will directly influence how Bangladeshi women discover beauty products, read expert content, and connect with brands.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Define and maintain our design system
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Iterate based on data analytics and user feedback
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
- ✓Expert-level Figma proficiency
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design work
- ✓Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- ✓Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
