HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

SQUARE Pharmaceuticals, Bangladesh's largest pharmaceutical company, is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our workforce of 5,000+ employees. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from employer branding and sourcing to offer negotiation, while contributing to employee engagement and HR operations. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles - Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job profiles - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus recruitment - Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate assessment centers - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles - Support onboarding programs and new hire experience
